1. Pricing
All prices are inclusive of VAT, which will be charged at the current rate. Children's garments and non-EU countries are not charged VAT.
2. General Warranty
Although MI Promotional Clothing uses quality materials, due to the wide variation in laundering conditions and detergents, MI Promotional Clothing does not guarantee against fading or shrinkage of garments during laundering.
3. Substitutions
MI Promotional Clothing reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality without notification.
4. Dye Lot
Due to the practise of batch processing knitted goods when they are dyed. MI Promotional Clothing cannot guarantee consistency of colour on garments from dye lot to dye lot, or from one order to the next.
5. Changes
MI Promotional Clothing reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove any of the goods on this site.
6. Returns
Customers that are dissatisfied with the condition of the goods supplied by MI Promotional Clothing can within 14 days return the goods to the company address and will be refunded or goods replaced. Returned shirts must be unworn, and with original receipt in original packaging. See point 16-22 for more details.
7. Packaging
All goods will be despatched in a waterproof mailer bag. Orders which are to be gift wrapped will be first wrapped in tissue paper and then box packaging prior to the waterproof mailer.
8. Shipping and postal prices
...to the UK mainland are included in the price. Other destinations will be charged at cost.
9. Complaints
Senior management will deal with all complaints. It is our company's policies to deal with such complaints within 3 working days.
10. Privacy and data protection
We use your personal details in order to prepare and deliver your goods, as well as providing customer service. We do not pass these details to third parties, and are kept confidential at all times.
11. Order cancellation
In the case of an order cancellation, if MI Promotional Clothing has already commended working on the order, we shall be entitled to full reimbursement for any costs already incurred, including penalties or restocking charges that our suppliers may charge us. This reimbursement shall be taken from the advanced and the balance refunded to the Customer.
12. Condition of customer supplied artwork
Estimates for printing are based on customer supplying same size or larger black and with white artwork or in electronic format that is 'camera ready' and requiring no touch-up or clean up. Additional time needed to make artwork camera ready shall be billed at current rates.
13. Colour proofing
Because of difference in equipment, garments, links and other conditions between colour proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in colour between colour proofs and the completed job shall constitute acceptable delivery.
14. Production schedules
Production schedules will be established and adhered to by customer and MI Promotional Clothing, provided that neither shall incur any liability or penalty or delays due to state of war, riot, civil disorder, fire strikes, accidents, action of Government or civil authority and acts of God or other causes beyond the control of customer or MI Promotional Clothing.
15. MI Promotional Clothing refuses to print racist, illegal and copyrighted designs
Returns
16.Due to the high cost of administration samples are non-returnable.
17.Printed or embroidered garments will not be accepted back under any circumstances.
18.Only faulty garments that have NOT been worn or processed will be credited in full. THESE MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
19.Please contact Customer Services for a Goods Returns Form which must be completed in full to authorize any goods to be returned. You will be issued with a Returns Authorization Number THAT MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTER PACKAGING OF THE PARCEL(S).
GOODS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND RETURNED TO SENDER IF THIS PROCESS IS NOT ADHEARED TO.
20. If goods have been incorrectly sent please contact Customer Services to obtain a Goods Returns Form and arrange collection.
21.No goods will be authorized to be returned that were purchased more than three months ago. Goods accepted back will be subject to a 15‰ or (£20.00 minMIum) handling and administration charge together with carriage costs if applicable.
22.Underwear is strictly non-returnable.
